Ms. Tannita Rabb has been in the field of education for ten years. Ms. Rabb’s professional contributions have been in the capacity of Teacher, Department Chair Person, Mentor, Student Management Planning, and collaboration with other LWCA staff to establish the Student Rewards and Incentive Program.
Her passion for youth development and seeing youth maximize their potential has lead to creating and co-facilitating mentoring programs that are geared towards middle school students and empowering them to make healthy life-long choices. For the past three years, Ms. Rabb has served as a mentor, recruiter, and curriculum planner for a summer program geared towards youth, ages 13 through 18. Ms. Rabb is currently attending National Louis University completing a Bachelors of Arts degree in Elementary Education.
